Shipping

• We ship to addresses in India only.
• Shipping costs ₹79 per order and is free on orders of ₹499 or more after discounts.
• Every item is printed to order. Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, then delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch by our courier partners.
• We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, before it goes to print, for a full refund. Message us with your order ID. After printing starts we can’t cancel the order.

Replacements and returns

Because each piece is printed for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size choice. We will replace an item free of charge if:

• it arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or
• you received a different item, colour or size from what you ordered.

Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the issue. If a replacement isn’t possible, we refund the item in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
